M. Ashraf
My full name is Muhammad Ashraf. Born and brought up in middle class of Sialkot city, I am University Graduate in Mathematics and English through famous Murray College Sialkot. In year 1959, I qualified for joining Survey of Pakistan, a government department for Surveying & Mapping, Astronomy, Geodesy and Arial Photography, where I qualified prescribed Surveying Courses. Life of accomplishment adventurous assignments thus started.
For a period of above 40 years, I kept busy in professional duties. I worked in various parts of Pakistan, where I lived and worked in most of the undulating, hilly and desert areas. For 4 years, 1979 to 1983, I worked in various parts of Iraq for the Government of Iraq. Eleven years of works as member of teams of European, Egyptian and American engineers, forms part of the total period.
During my travels, I happened to meet peoples of various areas. Visiting various areas and meeting people of variety of cultures, has been a highly valuable experience. I saw the areas where you can simply sit and see for hours with immense divine pleasure and satisfaction. I met and lived with people whom I can never forget. I experienced greedless sincerity and good will that forms permanent and ever fresh memory of my mind. "I shall never let this all go in vain — so help me GOD. Shortly, I am putting my book on process for publication which will bless all such people and scenes with eternal life".
Professional Journeys’ Narrative – 8
(An account of journeys exclusively based on true picture of areas and the people there. No poetic or romantic false expressions are included) Camping at Sandak was one of the most desolate and dreary experience of my journeys so far. No greenery, no scenery, no sweet water, no warmth against the freezing cold, no milk […]
Consonance with Corruption
Coming out of the court of justice in a manner more joyous than conquering the apex of some mountain far higher than the Mount Everest and waiving to the multitude like great winner, is a style affording considerable entertainment mixed with quaint curiosity for the gentleman of judiciary and ruling lot of the states of […]

Stubborn Sincerity to Ex-Colonial Rulers
In modern world, apparently, custom of unpaid forced labor does not exist, as the Kings / Rajas / Nawabs are extinct. It is extremely surprising that activities of an eternally surviving king persistently go unnoticed. This king possessing everlasting survival is Dominated Mentality. Mission of The King is eliminating local culture and lifestyles and propagating […]
Calcium for our Body
Setup of our bones bears whole weight of our body throughout our lives. Weak and less cared for structure of bones at last starts speaking of its complaints in various forms of overall health problems. Individuals apparently looking healthy also come across problems appearing to be incomprehensible. Backbone pain, neck pain, pain in the lower […]
Judiciary and the State
Involving in open and public denunciations of the verdicts of the state’s judiciary is not only disrespect for the judiciary but also hatred against the state itself. It very clearly denotes the motto “Any decision against our wish and expectations is injustice”. There is every possibility that Pakistan is the only country where such groups […]
Friendships with Bilateral Respect only
There must not be even and iota of compromise on what happened at Salala Check Post on November 26, 2011. Considerable number of highly trained and deeply patriotic group of officers and soldiers were slain without least defensive retaliation and action. They had been trained through enormous expenses of public funds and day & night […]

Thoughtful Citizens of Bharat Mata
During travels and stay abroad, I had a chance of exchanging views with citizen of Bharat. Majority of them pleaded for “Akhand Bharat”, to which no patriotic Pakistani will ever agree; but many of the arguments stated by them, give shocking food for thought for Pakistanis. It will, therefore, certainly be very wrong on my […]
Corrupt Mafia in Guise of Politicians in Declared Corrupt States of the World
By all components of mature judgments, vote-bank-sensitive politicians (so called) are incompetent to plan any program for long term benefits for the state, the citizens and the coming generations. Dictators’ agenda is always single point agenda i.e. to remain in power till death. Groups of corrupt politicians always have the same agenda only with plus […]
Forgetting THE CAUSE and THE COST
By the most liberal and generous analysis of sixty years’ performance by Pakistani governments and politicians, keeping in view the state of deterioration in every aspect of life in the country (except for crimes-boosting TV / Cable sex displays, women models, theaters, fashion shows, singers etc), three facts are fairly concluded: Purposes, for which Pakistan […]
Pakistan’s Religious Right Succumbs To Militancy
The Killing of the Punjab governor is not an individual’s act, it is a mindset, and it is unacceptable. The recent gruesome murder of Salman Taseer, the governor of Punjab – the most populous and prosperous of the four provinces of Pakistan, at the hands of a member of his personal security squad has stunned […]
Nucleus of Corruption in Declared Corrupt States of the World
It is not known whether of not Transparency International is conversant with the cause of corruption in a state, but there is only a single cause of that. Non corrupt states are normal, simply because people joining politics there, aim at exceptional services to the motherland and its citizens. On the contrary, in declared corrupt […]
