
M. Ashraf
My full name is Muhammad Ashraf. Born and brought up in middle class of Sialkot city, I am University Graduate in Mathematics and English through famous Murray College Sialkot. In year 1959, I qualified for joining Survey of Pakistan, a government department for Surveying & Mapping, Astronomy, Geodesy and Arial Photography, where I qualified prescribed Surveying Courses. Life of accomplishment adventurous assignments thus started.
For a period of above 40 years, I kept busy in professional duties. I worked in various parts of Pakistan, where I lived and worked in most of the undulating, hilly and desert areas. For 4 years, 1979 to 1983, I worked in various parts of Iraq for the Government of Iraq. Eleven years of works as member of teams of European, Egyptian and American engineers, forms part of the total period.
During my travels, I happened to meet peoples of various areas. Visiting various areas and meeting people of variety of cultures, has been a highly valuable experience. I saw the areas where you can simply sit and see for hours with immense divine pleasure and satisfaction. I met and lived with people whom I can never forget. I experienced greedless sincerity and good will that forms permanent and ever fresh memory of my mind. "I shall never let this all go in vain — so help me GOD. Shortly, I am putting my book on process for publication which will bless all such people and scenes with eternal life".
